2 clear up Q’s about Franklin-I lived there for 1 year and liked it OK. Downtown is charming, VERY EXPENSIVE though. 90% of the people who live there are rich. Appearance is also big there, everyone wheres high end clothes and is model material. I loved living there and made some good friends, but I couldn’t afford to live there b/c everything was so pricey. If you visit you’ll notice most people have expensive cars, unless it’s a teen. Thanks for the info. I does seem like it’s a very rich area — that’s the where Miley Cyrus’ family lives!
